Found this on rapid share, burned and tested, works beautifully on my A4 :) - Decided to share this with you guys ;)

AUDI RNS 2009-AD DVD1 

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Andorra, Belgium, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Vatican City.

This DVD will work in following cars, if you have a AUDI RNS-E 

AUDI DVD based navigation system (ONLY DVD SYSTEM)


RNS-E AUDI DVD Navigation:

AUDI A3 , S3 (DVD Navgation RNS-E) 
AUDI A4 , S4 , RS4 (DVD Navigation RNS-E)
AUDI A6 , S6 , RS6 ( DVD Navigation RNS-E)
and NEW AUDI TT (DVD Navigation)


KNOWN WORKING COMBINATION FOR BURNING:

Pioneer 111D or Pioneer 116D or Pioneer DVR-216DBK with Verbatim 8x DVD+R DL media at full speed. 

Works burning with the default burning application on Ubuntu Linux, Nero on Windows or Disk Utility on Mac.

Please report if you find any other working combinations than the ones listed.

KNOWN NON WORKING COMBINATIONS FOR BURNING:

The burners by the following companies fail to create a dual layer DVD readable by the RNS-E in the car: Freecom, Sony, Sony Optiarc, LG, Apple (one built into the Macbook Pro or iMac).

You MUST use the a supported burner on supported media.

For example, burning DVD2 that theoreticaly fits on a normal non DL DVD with a supported burner does not work either.
